SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation of purchase.
For personalized products, the processing time is 5 to 10 business days after confirmation of purchase.
Deliveries in Finland (Posti or Matkahuolto) take 2 to 3 business days to deliver the shipment to a collection point close to the buyer's address.
For in-store pickup, have your purchase confirmation email and personal ID with you.

RETURN POLICY
For defective products: We consider a manufacturing defect to be a product that presents any aesthetic flaw not resulting from misuse by the customer, making it unsuitable for use. Once the product is found to be defective, the customer has 14 days from receiving it to request an exchange or refund.
Return of the regular products: The return period is14 days, counting from the date of receipt. The product must be sent without signs of use, accompanied by the invoice.
Customized products: Personalized products are made specifically for each customer, we only accept returns or exchanges in case of defect in the product. The complain must be sent to our email within 14 days of receipt.
Procedure for exchange or return: Contact mimospapercraft@gmail.com explaining the reason for the exchange or return. We recommend sending pictures and videos of defective products. In case of refund, it will be made within a maximum period of 5 working days via bank transfer.
